1 Definitions

3 Account Management

Your slotpk15 account is your responsibility. You are accountable for all activity that occurs under your login credentials, regardless of who carried it out. Treat your password like your phone PIN — do not share it with anyone.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activity that takes place under your account. slotpk15 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have shared or inadequately protected your credentials.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions at slotpk15 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no currency conversions applied at any stage. Below are the rules governing how money moves in and out of your account.

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. Deposits made through Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, and IBFT bank transfer are available as primary funding channels. Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards are also accepted subject to issuing bank approval.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes applicable to each payment channel — typically 15–30 minutes for mobile wallet channels and up to one business day for bank transfers.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances. This rule is in place to protect against fraud and money laundering.

• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once they have been confirmed by the payment processor. If you believe a deposit was made in error, contact support immediately. We will assess the situation but cannot guarantee a reversal in all cases.

5 Betting Rules

These rules apply to all sports betting, live betting, and gaming activities on slotpk15. Reading them before you place your first bet will help you understand how outcomes are determined and settled.

• All bets are final once confirmed. Once a bet confirmation screen has been acknowledged by you on slotpk15, the bet cannot be cancelled or amended regardless of circumstances — including a change of heart, team news updates, or technical disruptions on your end.
• Bets placed after the official start of an event — where slotpk15's system accepted them as pre-match bets — will be voided if the event has demonstrably already begun. Live bets are clearly marked as such in the interface.
• For cricket matches affected by weather, the official result determined by the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method is accepted as the final result. If a match is abandoned before DLS can produce an official result, most pre-match bets will be voided. • slotpk15 reserves the right to void any bet where there is reasonable evidence of a pricing error, regardless of when the error is identified. In such cases, the stake will be returned to your account in full.
• Maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market. These limits are displayed on the bet slip at the time of bet placement. Attempting to circumvent maximum stakes through multiple accounts or coordinated betting will result in account suspension.
• Winnings are credited to your account balance immediately after the official result is confirmed and settlement is completed by slotpk15. Settlement timelines vary by market — most cricket and esports markets settle within minutes of the final result; Test cricket markets settle session by session for applicable bets.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

slotpk15 runs a range of promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and tournament-specific prizes. All bonuses are subject to the general terms below as well as any specific terms attached to the individual promotion, which will be clearly published on the Promotions page.

• Bonuses are credited to your account as bonus funds, not withdrawable cash. Bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus is clearly stated in the promotion terms.
• All bonuses carry an expiry date. Any unwagered bonus funds and associated winnings remaining after the expiry date will be removed from your account automatically. slotpk15 will not reinstate expired bonuses.

7 Responsible Gaming

• You may set deposit limits on your account on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.

8 Prohibited Conduct

• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, or automated software to place bets or interact with the slotpk15 platform in ways not available through the standard user interface.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorised chargebacks or payment reversals against deposits made to your slotpk15 account. All chargeback disputes will be contested and may result in legal action to recover funds.

9 Suspension & Termination

slotpk15 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account for the reasons outlined below. Where possible, we will communicate the reason to you — but in cases involving fraud or legal obligations, we may be unable to do so.
